The communications between Desiree and myself were prompt and knowledgeable. Every thing that she sent us was totally a help as this was the first time we had been to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. She provided with in the emails so much helpful information about navigating customs and immigration on both ends in the states and in Mexico. There were a couple of issues that were not of her making and that was the fact that accommodations were not fulfilled as promised a.k.a. we requested a king size bed and got two queen size beds. It was no big deal we made it work. There are worse things in life to be upset about lol thank you to Desiree and her team.

We worked with Jackie for a year leading up to our wedding in Puerto Vallarta. She made sure everything went smoothly for both us and our guests. Handling direct communication with the resort, Jackie facilitated our room block and booking process for our guests, she also secured our wedding date and wedding package. Whenever we had questions or worries, Jackie was right there to sort us out. She also coordinated our airport transfers and ensured we were taken care of all weekend!

Her recommendations and feedback on travel companies were solid, as was her follow up on making sure we were all set to leave the country with all of the information we needed to have a carefree journey.
