Desiree was amazing! We reached out in need of help coordinating our honeymoon in Greece and Desiree made it happen! We had a unique situation of having two weddings in Europe right before our official "honeymoon" and Desiree worked with us to ensure our flights aligned smoothly with our prior plans/timeline. She gave us lists of places with detailed descriptions of each, and landed at the perfect place for us. The resorts were AMAZING, and every step of our trip was seamless thanks to Desireee. From flights, transportation, hotel check-in, expectations, etc. She was available constantly, even over the weekend when we texted her in a panic due to a flight delay (completely out of her/anyones control!). Will definitely be using her again in the future. Thank you Desiree!

Karen worked under a very limited time crunch and planned a vacation for us that was exactly what we were looking for, with very little direction. Best vacation ever! SAFE, secure, paradise! Heard some negative comments on Cancun and even this hotel, couldn't be farther from the truth! LOMAS transportation was professional and personable, a must use! Upon arriving, EVERYONE was professional and attentive! Walking into the open air spectacular lobby ur greeted by the huge ocean view, after checking in early we had about an hour to kill so we had drinks from the lobby bar and sat on the outdoor sofa where the drinks kept coming. Don't forget to tip your porters, bell captains, transportation drivers, servers, housekeepers. We brought about $150USD in singles, and 5's...and ALTHOUGH NOT REQUIRED TIPPING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED, staff is appreciative but discrete about recieveing tips. I worked in travel industry so I know it's appreciated! Room service was excellent, food wonderful! Beach was huge but you felt like it was all your own. We walked quiet a ways on the beach and past patrolling police, so that was comforting. Never once did we feel unsafe. We did not leave our resort for our 3night stay and there was no need to! Beautiful calming music played in landscape speakers...never loud..rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable! Would 110% visit this resort again!

You most certainly did meet and exceed my expectations. Mina was wonderful, everything she had planned went perfectly according to it. My travel to and from the resort was exact to the minute and could not have been any more seamless. Lomas and their associates were bar none among the best airport transportation I've ever experienced and doubt it would be topped anytime soon.

Desiree is terrific! While we were on our vacation out of the country we needed assistance and clarification and she responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. This is the 3rd time we’ve worked with her to find a great all inclusive get away. Desiree is strait up with her recommended resorts. What’s great, what’s good and what isn’t, so you can make a realistic decision. She’s great with follow up and checking in to make sure everything’s going well. Her friendly reminders and travel tips were a welcome relief and made our romantic get a way completely stress free. We are looking forward to booking more trips in the future and Desiree will be the first person we reach out to.

100% would recommend this place. Jamie was absolutely amazing! Helped us pick out a resort that would cater to us (we're gay, and had already been turned away before reaching out here). She made the whole process so easy and less stressful. I had a lot of questions throughout, and Jamie was very patient and thorough in answering them. They helped our guests get booked as well, and made sure everyone had transportation to the resort and airport. Could not have made this happen so seamlessly if I had done it myself, and the service was extremely affordable. I would recommend this to anyone trying to plan their wedding or honeymoon. I will be using them again for a future anniversary for sure. Thank you Blissful, and especially Jamie for all you do!

I loved this experience. This was my first time traveling out of the country, going for a friend's wedding. Our agent, Jaime was amazing. She kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process and gave us tips that helped us to have a great time. I recommend this agency.
